ART TO RAISE AWARENESS OF LOSS OF ENVIRONMENT
EXPRESSIONISTIC SCULPTURE DEPICTING ENVIRONMENTAL DESTRUCTION AND LOSS OF HABITAT
Most of my sculptural work represents the inseparable inter-connectedness of man and environment.
Most are expressionistic representations of habitats; whether they are natural or man-made, on land, water or air.
Most are inspiried by current sociological, economic or political current events reflecting loss, or failure to thrive,
due to natural disasters, pollution, war, unawareness or other negative influences.
Some respond to physical places.  Others symbolize inner spiritual habitats.
They are made with various types of clay, stones, steel, concrete and wood.  Some are interactive and kinetic.
